How Does AEROSEAL Work?
We apply a special, health-safe sealing agent in the form of a fine mist (aerosol) to the HVAC ductwork. This mist flows through the entire system, and in areas where air is leaking, the aerosol particles begin to settle and fill the gaps. Through gradual layering, the gaps are completely sealed, and the material subsequently hardens permanently.

Woehler DP700
To measure the airtightness of HVAC ductwork, we use a certified device from Wohler. The device undergoes annual calibration at an independent laboratory so that we can rely on the measurement results.

Aeroseal
For sealing HVAC ductwork, we use the licensed, patented Aeroseal technology, which is unrivaled worldwide. We are official Aeroseal partners, and our technicians are trained in the application and use of this technology.

Modern accessories
In our work, we use our own jigs and accessories to cover or block off HVAC ductwork while preparing individual sections. We use 3D printers to manufacture these, and our technicians are constantly improving and optimizing their use.

History and Origins of AEROSEAL.
Like many successful projects, AEROSEAL began in a garage. Dr. Mark Modera invented a breakthrough aerosol-based sealing technology there. For the first time, it was possible to seal leaks and holes in air ducts from the inside. Modera’s invention was very well received by the industry and even won the prestigious Energy Top 100 award from the U.S. Department of Energy. AEROSEAL has been a proven choice for 30 years, and we are now bringing it to the Czech Republic.
