How Does AEROSEAL Work?
We apply a special, health-safe sealing agent in the form of a fine mist (aerosol) to the HVAC ductwork. This mist flows through the entire system, and in areas where air is leaking, the aerosol particles begin to settle and fill the gaps. Through gradual layering, the gaps are completely sealed, and the material subsequently hardens permanently.

We conduct an air-leakage test of your ductwork. We assess the current state of your HVAC system and find out the amount of the ductwork leakage. We then set up the next phase.

In order to seal the whole ductwork, we go through the HVAC documentation including HVAC unit parameters and assess ductwork installation to ensure a smooth and quick process of sealing.

0203 Sealing the ductwork
We divide the ductwork into sections, pressurize it and let the aerosol in. Aerosol crystallizes only in the areas of decreased air pressure where the leaks occur. These areas are then sealed.

0304 Confirming the tightness
After sealing the ductwork we measure the new airtightness class of the duct to make sure we reached the required tightness class. This goal is usually set as ATC3 (C).

04Our Measurement and Sealing Technology
Woehler DP700
To measure the airtightness of HVAC ductwork, we use a certified device from Wohler. The device undergoes annual calibration at an independent laboratory so that we can rely on the measurement results.
Aeroseal
For sealing HVAC ductwork, we use the licensed, patented Aeroseal technology, which is unrivaled worldwide. We are official Aeroseal partners, and our technicians are trained in the application and use of this technology.
Modern accessories
In our work, we use our own jigs and accessories to cover or block off HVAC ductwork while preparing individual sections. We use 3D printers to manufacture these, and our technicians are constantly improving and optimizing their use.

History and Origins of AEROSEAL.
