Our Cleaning Methodology
01Brushing Systems
We utilize rotary brushes of various diameters and materials to effectively remove debris inside the ductwork—ranging from fine dust and baked-on contaminant layers to heavy grease.
02Dry Ice Blasting
Where appropriate, we utilize the dry ice blasting method. This eco-friendly cleaning solution generates no secondary waste, making it highly effective not only in industrial facilities but across various other applications.
03Robotic Cleaning
In larger systems, we deploy various types of duct cleaning robots for rapid execution. We are capable of cleaning both horizontal and vertical ductwork with round or rectangular cross-sections.
04Extraction and Filtration
It is not enough to simply dislodge debris from the duct surface; it must also be extracted from the system. To address this, we have engineered our own filtration systems equipped with high-capacity fans, tailored for various types and particle sizes of debris.
05Inspection and Documentation
During both the preparation phase and for documenting the cleaning progress, we utilize various types of advanced inspection cameras to provide clear evidence of both pre-cleaning and post-cleaning conditions.

US Navy
US Navy requires regular cleaning of their HVAC systems on all vessels. We have been partners of the 6th fleet based in Mediterranean since 2011. This includes their flag ship USS Mount Whitney and the expeditionary mobile base USS Hershel ‘Woody’ Williams.
Westfield Chodov – Prague
In the Westfield Chodov shopping center in Prague, we have set up a preventive plan for inspections and cleaning of ventilation systems, especially for the grease exhausts from the restaurants. Due to the number of business units, this requires large-scale organizing and planning so as not to limit the operation of the shopping center. We also conduct microbiological swap inspections.

Are there any laws or standards that require the cleaning of ventilation ductwork?
There is a non-binding technical standard, EN 15780, which addresses the cleanliness of ventilation ductwork in residential areas, and we strictly follow it in our projects. However, there is currently no legally binding regulation that mandates duct cleaning.
Do you hold any certifications as proof of expertise?
Yes, we hold the international ASCS (Air System Cleaning Specialist) certification, awarded by the North American association NADCA (www.nadca.com). We also hold a certificate from the German Association of Engineers (Verein Deutscher Ingenieure), specifically VDI 6022-B, which also defines the methodology for ventilation ductwork cleaning.
Is it possible to perform duct disinfection without prior cleaning?
Disinfection is only effective when performed on clean surfaces. If a surface—such as the inside of a duct—is contaminated, the disinfection will not achieve the desired effect, as bacteria or viruses can survive deeper within the debris. Therefore, performing disinfection without prior cleaning is only feasible in newly constructed buildings up to approximately 10 years old; otherwise, we strictly recommend cleaning before applying any disinfectant.
