Why we process your data
We will process your personal data on the basis of a legal title, which is usually the conclusion and performance of a contract or the intention to conclude a contract at your request, in particular a contract for work. The processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of our work duties in the performance of the contract and also for internal needs, i.e. in particular the protection of our rights and legally protected interests. Furthermore, we process your data in order to improve the quality of our services and to record anonymised statistics of records of your activities on our website.

Purpose of the processing of personal data
We will process your data for the purpose of intending to conclude a contract at your request or for the performance of the contract and for internal administration purposes. Your personal data is not transferred to third countries.
Recipients of personal data
Your personal data is not passed on to any third parties for the purpose of marketing services.

- Employees of Alkion service s.r.o.
- Operators and providers of maintenance of the company’s information system, accounting companies.
- In cases of permissions granted by you on the website (so-called cookies), the marketing services Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Other recipients according to your needs and your instructions.
Your rights
In accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data, you have the right, depending on the nature of the processing:
- to request access to your personal data and to request an explanation if you suspect unauthorized processing; for access to personal data, we may charge a fee corresponding to our costs,
- to refuse the processing of cookies, which can be done through your Internet browser settings,
- to request the correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete personal data,
- to object to the processing and request the rectification of the defective state,

- request free access, i.e. request information about whether we process your personal data and which personal data are involved, unless your request is repeated or excessive, to data portability (if the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format), erasure (in limited cases, you have the right to ask us to erase your personal data) and restriction of processing (in limited cases, you have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data).
Given that we process your personal data mainly on the basis of concluding and fulfilling a contract, some of the ways to exercise your rights according to the above list may be excluded due to the nature of the processing.
In accordance with legal regulations, such organizational and technical measures have been taken to ensure a level of security of personal data appropriate to the nature, scope, circumstances, purpose and risk of their processing.
All persons who come into contact with personal data in the course of processing are bound by statutory or contractual confidentiality.
In the event that there is a breach of personal data security and this could result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you of this fact without undue delay.

We are obliged to handle the requests listed above regarding the exercise of your rights without undue delay, no later than 1 month after receiving the request. Further information on the processing of your data
We process your personal data for the duration of the intention to conclude a contract at your request or for the duration of the contract and after its termination we will archive it in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, notably Act No. 499/2004 Coll. (Act on Archives and Records Service and on Amendments to Certain Acts), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
