For cleaning exhausts and ventilation ducts we use advanced technologies and we develop our own additional equipment for the highest efficiency and cleaning speed. Cleaning is performed as needed, either mechanically, chemically, with dry ice blasting or with a combination of these technologies.


Thanks to our technologies we are able to clean many types of ducts during operation without downtime!

We develop and manufacture most of the tailored technologies by ourselves. Our engineers invent and build prototypes of new equipment and modify existing equipment to meet customer’s needs and the particular project.


Dry ice blasting

Dry ice blasting is an effective and ecological method of removing deposits and contaminants. It is usable on the spot, is non-abrasive and does not create any secondary waste.
Dry ice is the solid form of the pure carbon dioxide - CO2.

Dry ice blasting technology uses the unique qualities of this material:
Solid particles of CO2 are accelerated to supersonic speed in the nozzle and that gives them high kinetic energy.

Dry ice has a temperature of - 78.5°C. Therefore it undercools the surface and the contaminant embrittles thanks to the temperature difference.

As the Dry Ice media hits the surface, it expands rapidly and this shock wave tears off corrupted contaminant.

Low hardness of dry ice (nr. 2 on Mohs scale of hardness) protects the surface against damage or scratches.

CO2 is inert, non-toxic, electric non-conductive gas and has no negative effect on any material.

Talpa - hydraulic brushes

Unique system developed by Alkion, that uses hydraulic powered rotation brushes made out of different hard materials. It reaches up to1000 turns per minute. It is very effective system for cleaning difficult and hard deposits in industry. This system is also combined with blower exhaust.

SETA - rotation brushes

We use special rotation brushes manufactured by Alkion. The Brush can be powered electrically or pneumatically. Different sizes, shapes and materials of the brushes allow effective cleaning ducts from 100mm up to 1000mm in diameter. In combination with possible chemical solution or water, it is very powerful method of cleaning the exhaust systems and following disinfection.

Robot C-REX

Robotic device developed for cleaning industrial exhausts and HVAC systems using dry ice blasting technology. Thanks to its unique construction, it is able to go through and clean curves up to 70°, ducts with branches and different diameters of circle or rectangular shape. The speed of robot and speed of turning the nozzle can be regulated and it’s possible to control the quality of cleaning and condition of the ducts thanks to LED lights. It can clean diameters from 250 up to 800 mm.


Blower Exhaust
We use the blower for the suction of heavy industrial contaminants from ducts. Blower operates on a different principle than the standard industrial ventilators or vacuum cleaners. The blower can create a powerful negative pressure up to -0,8MPa and maintain suction power even at higher loads. In this way, we can suck out of the duct bigger pieces of dirt, heavy greasy dust or sand. Contaminants are collected in a cyclone and in the filters behind the cyclone.

High-pressure ventilator
It is often necessary to replace the local exhaust and collect dirt, which is released in the duct, during the cleaning. For these purposes, we use high-pressure ventilator which is able to fully replace the exhaust. Its performance reaches up to 90 m3 / min. The air which is exhausted by ventilator is further filtered through a cyclone and filter with the area of 16 m².
