Atrea je dodavatelem ventil\u00e1tor\u016f na popisovan\u00fdch bytov\u00fdch domech, Alkion zaji\u0161\u0165oval zat\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed VZT potrub\u00ed. Ji\u017e v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed syst\u00e9mu do provozu se projevovaly zn\u00e1mky v\u00fdrazn\u00fdch net\u011bsnost\u00ed potrub\u00ed \u2013 zejm\u00e9na vysok\u00e9 tlakov\u00e9 ztr\u00e1ty, nutnost nastaven\u00ed vysok\u00e9ho extern\u00edho statick\u00e9ho tlaku ventil\u00e1tor\u016f a&nbsp;s&nbsp;t\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 spot\u0159eba elektrick\u00e9 energie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edlem z\u00e1sahu bylo sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed net\u011bsnost\u00ed potrubn\u00edch rozvod\u016f bez stavebn\u00edch z\u00e1sah\u016f do konstrukc\u00ed bytov\u00fdch dom\u016f, dosa\u017een\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy t\u011bsnosti dle \u010cSN EN 16798-3 a&nbsp;vytvo\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159edpoklad\u016f pro optimalizaci provozu vzduchotechnick\u00fdch jednotek, zejm\u00e9na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed extern\u00edho statick\u00e9ho tlaku a&nbsp;elektrick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edkonu ventil\u00e1tor\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Metodika a&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bh prac\u00ed<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed vzduchotechnick\u00fdch rozvod\u016f bylo u&nbsp;obou objekt\u016f provedeno metodou intern\u00edho aerosolov\u00e9ho <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tesnepotrubi.cz\" type=\"link\" id=\"www.tesnepotrubi.cz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ut\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed Aeroseal<\/a>, kter\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uje ut\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed potrub\u00ed z&nbsp;vnit\u0159n\u00ed strany bez nutnosti stavebn\u00edch z\u00e1sah\u016f do konstrukc\u00ed objektu. Ta spo\u010d\u00edvala zejm\u00e9na v&nbsp;zakryt\u00ed a&nbsp;zabalonov\u00e1n\u00ed koncov\u00fdch prvk\u016f, jako jsou vy\u00fastky, m\u0159\u00ed\u017eky a&nbsp;regula\u010dn\u00ed elementy, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 potrubn\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 uzav\u0159\u00edt a&nbsp;tlakovat. V&nbsp;t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi se v&nbsp;praxi uk\u00e1zala typick\u00e1 omezen\u00ed bytov\u00fdch dom\u016f \u2013 zejm\u00e9na rozd\u00edln\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edstupnost jednotliv\u00fdch bytov\u00fdch jednotek a&nbsp;komplikovan\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup ke koncov\u00fdm prvk\u016fm, co\u017e je b\u011b\u017en\u00fd faktor ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed organizaci prac\u00ed u&nbsp;podobn\u00fdch objekt\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b syst\u00e9mu bylo provedeno vstupn\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed t\u011bsnosti potrubn\u00edch rozvod\u016f. M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed prob\u00edhalo v&nbsp;souladu s&nbsp;\u010cSN EN 12599 a&nbsp;souvisej\u00edc\u00edmi normami pro hodnocen\u00ed t\u011bsnosti vzduchotechnick\u00e9ho potrub\u00ed. M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed a&nbsp;n\u00e1sledn\u00e1 kalibrace byly prov\u00e1d\u011bny p\u0159\u00edmo diagnostick\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem jednotky Aeroseal metodou konstantn\u00edho tlaku. U&nbsp;obou objekt\u016f byl syst\u00e9m rozd\u011blen na p\u0159\u00edvodn\u00ed a&nbsp;odtahovou \u010d\u00e1st, kter\u00e9 byly m\u011b\u0159eny samostatn\u011b. Aerosolov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice byly do potrubn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b d\u00e1vkov\u00e1ny pomoc\u00ed t\u011bsn\u00edc\u00ed jednotky Aeroseal, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e cel\u00fd proces byl kontinu\u00e1ln\u011b monitorov\u00e1n softwarem, kter\u00fd v&nbsp;re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase vyhodnocoval aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00faniky vzduchu. T\u011bsn\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice se usazovaly v\u00fdhradn\u011b v&nbsp;m\u00edstech net\u011bsnost\u00ed, kde postupn\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159ely pru\u017enou t\u011bsn\u00edc\u00ed vrstvu, zat\u00edmco v&nbsp;ostatn\u00edch \u010d\u00e1stech potrub\u00ed aerosol syst\u00e9mem pouze proch\u00e1zel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V pr\u016fb\u011bhu t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 sledovat postupn\u00fd pokles \u00fanik\u016f vzduchu, kter\u00fd se u&nbsp;obou objekt\u016f pohyboval v&nbsp;\u0159\u00e1du des\u00edtek procent ji\u017e b\u011bhem prvn\u00edch des\u00edtek minut. V&nbsp;n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech se b\u011bhem procesu projevil \u00fanik aerosolu do podhledov\u00fdch prostor\u016f byt\u016f, co\u017e indikovalo v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 net\u011bsnosti potrub\u00ed v&nbsp;t\u011bchto m\u00edstech.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po dokon\u010den\u00ed aerosolov\u00e9ho t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed bylo u&nbsp;obou objekt\u016f provedeno v\u00fdstupn\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed t\u011bsnosti, op\u011bt v&nbsp;souladu s&nbsp;\u010cSN EN 12599. Nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 hodnoty potvrdily sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u00fanik\u016f vzduchu v&nbsp;\u0159\u00e1du 94\u201398&nbsp;% oproti v\u00fdchoz\u00edmu stavu, a&nbsp;to jak na p\u0159\u00edvodn\u00edm, tak na odtahov\u00e9m potrub\u00ed. Po&nbsp;dokon\u010den\u00ed aerosolov\u00e9ho ut\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed byl \u00fanik sn\u00ed\u017een p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o&nbsp;98&nbsp;% a&nbsp;syst\u00e9m byl vyhodnocen jako zat\u011bsn\u011bn\u00fd na \u00farove\u0148 ATC 3 (C). U&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edvodn\u00edho potrub\u00ed do\u0161lo po&nbsp;dokon\u010den\u00ed v\u0161ech etap prac\u00ed ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u00fanik\u016f p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o&nbsp;94 %, rovn\u011b\u017e s&nbsp;dosa\u017een\u00edm \u00farovn\u011b odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed t\u0159\u00edd\u011b ATC 3 (C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podobn\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f bylo dosa\u017eeno i&nbsp;u&nbsp;objektu SO 05. Po&nbsp;aplikaci technologie Aeroseal do\u0161lo ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u00fanik\u016f p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o&nbsp;98&nbsp;% a&nbsp;dosa\u017een\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy t\u011bsnosti ATC 3 (C). P\u0159ed proveden\u00edm t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed bylo nutn\u00e9 provozovat syst\u00e9my s&nbsp;vysok\u00fdm extern\u00edm statick\u00fdm tlakem, kter\u00fd kompenzoval nejen tlakov\u00e9 ztr\u00e1ty potrubn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 net\u011bsnosti rozvod\u016f. \u010c\u00e1st energie ventil\u00e1tor\u016f tak byla spot\u0159ebov\u00e1na na dopravu vzduchu mimo \u0159\u00edzen\u00fd syst\u00e9m, bez p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00ednosu pro v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed bytov\u00fdch jednotek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po aplikaci technologie Aeroseal a&nbsp;dosa\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u00e9ho sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed net\u011bsnost\u00ed bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 u&nbsp;obou objekt\u016f p\u0159istoupit k&nbsp;optimalizaci nastaven\u00ed vzduchotechnick\u00fdch jednotek. U&nbsp;objektu SO 05 byl zaznamen\u00e1n pokles elektrick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edkonu v&nbsp;\u0159\u00e1du 25\u201330&nbsp;%. Rozd\u00edl mezi objekty odpov\u00edd\u00e1 rozd\u00edln\u00fdm charakteristik\u00e1m jednotek a&nbsp;jejich pracovn\u00edm bod\u016fm, nikoli rozd\u00edln\u00e9 kvalit\u011b t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed potrub\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z hlediska fyziky proud\u011bn\u00ed jsou tyto v\u00fdsledky konzistentn\u00ed. Elektrick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edkon ventil\u00e1toru nen\u00ed line\u00e1rn\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00fd na tlaku, ale na kombinaci tlaku, pr\u016ftoku a&nbsp;\u00fa\u010dinnosti ventil\u00e1toru v&nbsp;dan\u00e9m pracovn\u00edm bod\u011b.
